Coach in Training Program
For returning Watergrom graduates and water-driven teens ready to step into leadership, our Coach-in-Training program is the next progression.
This experience is designed for those who want more than just participation—they want responsibility, growth, and real-world leadership on the water. CITs work alongside our coaching staff to support younger campers, assist with daily programming, and deepen their own technical skills across paddle sports.
